  • No more submitting rebate forms or receipts.
  • Automated tracking of purchases and point statuses.
  • Faster payouts and easy redemption via PayPal or gift cards.

To qualify for the additional bonus, please follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Install the Slickdeals Shopping Assistant Browser Extension (if you don't already have it installed) and follow the SD Rewards Prompts here (PC or Laptop Only)
  • Step 2: Follow the additional prompts in the link above to ensure you're enrolled in SD Rewards and your account is registered/signed-in. You need to have an account to track and redeem your rewards.

Screw this bank. They closed my account because I didn't use it for a couple months (and had $0 balance). No notice whatsoever. When I called to ask why I couldn't log in, the rep informed me of this and apologized profusely.

Once again.. it's fdic or not .. I hate this "deposit acc vs investment acc" .. chillax.. it's 10k. I have a good 7 digit in investments.

Last.. it's Roth IRA.. why would u put money into a retirement that costs $ to take out now?

Find a good fdic that's higher than 1% these days. What's your alternative for fdic, no risk up to 250k sole owner account.

Sad when "high yield" is 0.61%. This seems like a lot of work for $75. If you really just want to park your money to get yield, just buy ticker MIY and make 4.2% tax free. Just do your homework. There are plenty of safe investments out there that yield far more than 0.6% and are more liquid.

More just a comment that a company with nearly no security protocol for your telecom info probably isn't all that trustworthy for additional PII…

I dunno, the account is still at a bank not with the carrier, but yeah you seem to need a Tmo ID...

another SD financial scam, make sure to include SD as promoter in your CFPB complaint when they don't honor the offer.

In my experience NONE of SD promoted financial "deals" in the past 2 years honored the offer without some major hassles.

I was going to make Axos my main bank. However, there was one problem after another. I didn't mind that there were problems and having to call to get things fixed, but the customer support people have absolutely no power to fix anything. And after they establish that they can't fix anything, they just "bump" you up to another support person they call "tier 2" that is equally unable to fix anything. Half the time you get a voicemail when you call support and they frequently won't even call you back.
I got my most of my money out of there because I was concerned if they'd be able to remain solvent with these customer support issues. I am gambling by leaving money with Axos invest (formerly wisebanyon) because I am considered a "founder" and I am not charged the fees everyone else is.
My experience was similar. Axos nearly tanked my purchase of a rental home because they took weeks to respond to ANY messages. Even the simplest question or procedure. 2 days before closing, I finally gave up and went to a local bank, who had me set up with a new business account in less than 30 minutes. Axos really needs to work on their service before they start paying customers to join them.

As a former Axos Bank customer who was moved from WiseBanyan, customer service is awful. I don't know if their banking features are as bad as the half-assed investment platform they cobbled together after they forced their WiseBanyan customers to use their "new, updated" platform, which was unequivocally worse.

Anyway moral of the store I don't recommend doing business with Axos.

Nice tip. Unfortunately I'm not in Michigan. Any tips to find similar funds in other states? I have most my stuff in a Roth, but it would be nice to move my rainy day funds into something better than a SA.
