This has been the most painful costco experience, sheesh. My order of 4 got cancelled, had to call in to find out, said they had to verify my ID, asked me questions about previous addresses and 3 items I recently purchased at Costco and which location.

THEN, they finally come to my email, Alaska's website says they're ALL not valid, not to mention one of them only has 5 digits listed when it needs 6 for the PIN.

SMH, time to chat with Costco yet again.........almost not worth it.

Ok, Costco CSR said they're aware of the problem and sending out new codes soon........fingers crossed they actually work :-)

Update: 24 hours after last chat, still NO email from Costco or new codes....

Two of mine have this same issue. One of my emails has 5 digit pin.

I have the Alaska credit card which allows 1 free luggage per traveler. Does the gift card offer the same?

Try putting a 0 in front of the 5 digits to make it six digits. 0xxxxx.

Putting a 0 doesn't work and it still says the others are invalid. And "surprise" no one ever reached out to me like they said they would. I'm chatting with Costco again now, let's see what runaround they give me this time.

Update: There's no fix, it was a known problem around that time, they said it works now. So they're refunding my purchase and I need to buy again. SMH, hope they enjoyed the two weeks of holding my $1800 bucks for nothing :-(

BONUS, the flight I was going to use these for got changed and isn't bookable now (layover became just 20 minutes from am hour 20) so I actually came off beter since I don't need them anymore. YAY

Just bought this today. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive this gift card?
I received 2 emails so far.
1st email is order confirmation with a barcode that has 22 digits.
2nd email is shipping confirmation says that item was shipped.
I Talked with costco customer service and they said to wait 24 hours for email with gift card.
