I bought this to use on my locked phone from total wireless. Even though I got an rsim to unlock it - boost won't activate it and they tell me it's locked and there's nothing they can do.

So you bought a boost plan for a total wireless phone, used an unauthorized unlock tool on that phone, and you're surprised that boost isn't helping you with a phone they don't sell that's locked to a network that isn't theirs?

At least that's how my stack social tello deals used to work. I was able to stretch activation to at least 45 days

Also, this seems like a solid deal. Why isn't this getting more traction? Only downside I can see here is this data is hard capped every month. No slow data after you run out

The way this promotion works is Boost Mobile will send you a SIM Card Activation Kit via FedEx and a Boost Mobile $1180 ePIN (Re-Boost Card) via an email directly from Boost Mobile.

Think of the Boost Mobile $180 ePIN (Re-Boost Card) as a gift card that adds $180 to your Boost Mobile account balance. So when going through the activation or payment process on your Boost Mobile account apply your $180 ePIN as the Re-Boost Card Payment Method during the Make A Payment activation step. This will add $180 to you Boost Mobile account and will pay for your 12 months of service on the $15 2GB/mo. plan.

Boost now uses TMO towers? can we now use the sim on any unlocked phone just like a TMO sim? or do we need to register the IMEI like how we do it with Sprint?
