I have this one. I looked it up, paid $22 for it 4 years ago from Walmart. Just recently the metal rod with the wheels came off of the cooler and I can't get it stay in. I guess it's just worn out.

Not a bad price for about 4 years of use. I'm probably going with one of the nicer insulated coolers next.

Yes, I've had one for several years. It's not as good as a Yeti or similar (which is reflected in the price), but I've used it for a weekend camping trip and had ice at the end. The lid is stupidly hard to open simply because it's difficult to grip it. I've thought about adding a handle but haven't bothered yet because I don't use it too often. The telescoping handle is a little wobbly but has held up, and the wheels will work over gravel but probably not sand.

I paid around the same price and have been happy with the purchase overall.

Mine had wheel shaft came off and could not let it stay back in place because the plastic holding the shaft was wore out. The bottom piece that holds the handle also came off due to heavy items. I had it for about 3 years.

Looks like I purchased this in 2016 for $35 at Walmart. I've been using it about 3-4 times a year for camping and bbq, been holding up well and still in one piece. Keeps 20lb bags of ice solid for usually 1 whole day.

Ditto on the lid. It's really annoying to open. Usually need to grip the cooler shell with one hand and pull the lid with the other, not really great even though the other aspects of the cooler are nice. I do like that I can fit 750ml beer bottles standing up though

I bought one last year for this price. Used it on a camping trip and for grocery store runs (before work). Was thoroughly disappointed. Does not hold ice for a day let alone 5 days even if pre-chilled. I ended up selling mine on craigslist. I have a rubbermaid cooler i bought at Menards 10 years ago that outperformed this one 100x over - was just attracted to this ones size. Even for $30 i wouldnt recommend unless its for a day trip, or buy the $26 igloo that performed about the same as this one(Returned that one). it may be on clearance now too.

If you have Costco membership, I recommend to buy one from Costco made by Igloo with similar designs but the built is superior which last much longer hold ice longer too. I cost $39 last time I saw it.

We bought this in the $24 deal last time.
Yes, the lid is ridiculous to open.
No, it doesn't keep ice very well.
Rarely do we use the wheels and I usually carry it anyway.
At this price point it is a fair deal for an economy cooler but don't expect miracles from it.

Have had one for a few years, as others have said the top is kinda hard to open. Also the axle is held in by a molded plastic lip and the wheels always fall off of mine. Decent cooler but i wouldn't trust it for multiple days.

I just fixed by drilling through the metal and putting a pin through.

I got this for the same price back in July. It's so flimsy and extremely hard to open the lid due to lack of grip. returned it the next day.

I have one of these. It's the worst cooler I've ever owned; the wheels pop off so frequently that I eventually threw them out. If you need a cooler that rolls, I can not recommend this model. Otherwise, it holds temperature just OK, about as well as any other low end ice chest.

I have had two of these and three of the larger Coleman Xtreme coolers (with the handles and wheels on the ends) for several years. We took one of these and two of the larger coolers on a four day camping trip this past weekend. Both of the larger coolers still had some ice left at the end of the trip, but this cooler was out of ice by the end of day two. That was not expected based on previous usage of the various coolers, but it's still disappointing that both types are coolers are marketed under the same product line. Also, I much prefer the handles and lids on the larger coolers.

In summary, this isn't a horrible if you are taking a day trip and don't mind wrestling with the side-mounted extendible handle and the lid or if space dictates not bringing a larger cooler. However, these 50 quart coolers are not on par with the larger Coleman Xtreme coolers, which I do highly recommend when they go on sale.
