YMMW, but Bestbuy has this ASUS ROG with i7-11700F and RTX 3070 for $1600 if you can get it shipped/picked up locally. Specs looks good. Some reviews with thermal issues, but there are ways to mitigate it.

I was looking to build a new system, but of course GPUs are an issue. Seems like this card goes for 900+ on ebay. CPU is probably about $300 and MB maybe $150 at least depending on what they put in there.

Seems like this price is pretty much fair or did I miss something? Is this an LHR card?

No way I know to check by looking at the card that I know of. You can use software.
