But this year the merchants seem to be starting good deals earlier, so having Walmart+ for most of November may be good.
Besides Paypal for the 5% with Chase Freedom is available on the Walmart website.

Walmart is offering 15 days trial, so if we sign up November 1,
the one-month membership would begin on November 16, and
30 days would take us up to December 15.
That should be enough to cover the holiday gift giving season.
