I have a Mtn Equipment 28L pack and that's my perfect size compromise. You could manage a weekend camping trip, or just day hike with lots of extra gear or clothes. I've never been disappointed with Ozark Trail gear for the price. It's not Osprey or Gregory, but at 1/10 the price it always punches above its weight class.

2 thinks I like better about the Ozark trail pack. is the zipperless closure and the chest strap although I almost never use it.
At $10 it's a decent deal as normally it's $14-$20.

I saw them almost 25 years ago on the Losing Steak tour.

The straps/harness on this bag look uncomfortable/not built for any loads. Even if could cram 20 lb into this bag, I wouldn't want to walk more than a mile with it. The capacity of a bag isn't necessarily linked to its maximum weight capacity. For instance, Osprey bags are ranked according to volume capacity and also weight capacity. I have a Kestrel 38L bag that's about the same size as the Stratos 36L, but it's ready to hold 10 lb more than the 36L one.
