This looks to be about 7% back if I did the math right and valuing the points at 0.7 cents per point. So if you spend $5000 you get $350 in Marriott points. I was able to enroll by clicking on the link and logging in to my account.

easy value 1.2-1.5 cents per point if you have a Platinum/Titanium elite

With PayPal Key, you should be able to use this at any online store, it doesn't need to specifically accept PayPal.

If you have a Chase Freedom card, this quarter's bonus category is PayPal, offering 5 Ulitmate Reward points per dollar. TPG says Ultimate Reward points are worth 2 cents each, so that's probably the better deal this quarter for Paypal purchases.

Well, maybe you're a big spender, but I'm not planning on spending $10,750 on PayPal this quarter (the $6,250 spending limit on the Marriott Amex offer plus the $4,500 limit combined on our family's 3 Chase Freedom cards).

I'll spend my first $4,500 Paypal using Chase. Very very unlikely to get beyond that, but if I did the Marriott Amex would be the 2nd choice.

So, yes, most people on this board are probably not going to do both.
