I bought 4 of these at my Walmart for $5 this weekend. It might just be my location but it is worth looking at Walmart.

there were a few at walmart on clearance. i found this one for $7, hidden in the back after checking brickseek. i don't know how this clearance went unnoticed. i found a starter set for $35 but it was the last one in the area.
