For those not educated in Cinnamon facts..... This is cassia cinnamon. Which is not something you want to be eating in bulk. It's toxic for your liver since it has coumarin compounds in it. The healthier and REAL version of cinnamon is Ceylon. Unfortunately most of the cinnamon available is the toxic form cassia. If you don't consume cinnamon that often it won't cause that much harm. But this is a LOT of cassia cinnamon.

Thanks for pointing out the difference. Chinese cinnamon has high concentrations of coumarin which is a toxin. Further reading [paleofoundation.com]

hah first world problems....

Of all the things in Western diet, cinnamon toxicity is the last thing normal people worry about.....
