The clear spots are good for running for anyone who gets sore nipples. (Yes, it is a thing. Yes, it hurts about as much as you would think.) The bandaids hold very firm, and are a little hard to take off in that they tend to take a little hair with them...

The adhesive on these isn't great. If you're putting them anywhere on yourself that will flex it's going to fail.

If you regularly reuse condoms you can use these bandaids as patches when the condom starts to show wear and tear.

There's a newer version so I'm not sure if you used these or the newer ones but I find these to fall off easily. I'm not a long distance runner but I've seen my bro bleed from chaffing at nipples so that's a real issue, I recall there's some sort of gel/protectant you can put on
