FYI. I was looking at a similar config around March and almost pulled the trigger. I then found out that HP charges you right away. Shipment date is around 11/23 for this so they have your money for more than a month. It is also difficult to cancel and people were saying there were a lot of delays. I ended up getting an Alienware R12. Although the deal may be good, HP's practices made me stay away.

It's an LHR card but still a decent deal for miners and the software hash rate unlock is up to around 70-86 mh/s. You may have to re-paste as a quick googling around shows HP OEM cards are as not as good as the Dell OEM cards with vapour chamber.
Also note that the incoming Nvidia RTX 3000 SUPER card refreshes coming in December will have high density Vram on the front of the cards along with the GPU so that the giant GPU heatsink block will make contact with it instead of all of these 3rd-party designs with Vram on the back with no cooling whatsoever.
