Advice that works… Take the bars out of the packages and let them sit "naked" in a drawer, etc. As they harden (age) they will get harder and last longer and the area will have a clean fresh sent too…. Now for the comments of naked, harder and last longer to come!

As near as I can tell it's just the added scent. To distinguish the Men+ version from the ordinary Dove, they slap on a very heavy scent which someone decided was manly. I got this version previously because is was on sale, but just having it sitting in the soap dish made my wife's eyes water. (She was also less than impressed with the "manly" scent, but ymmv if the person you want smelling you prefers a heavy scent.)

Bought this soap two years ago.
Pros: good price and smells great
Cons: dissolves quickly (will last two weeks where other soap bars last a month and change) and makes my bung hole dry/itchy

These bars last me 3-4 weeks with daily showers. I don't know why people are having a hard time making them last. I make sure it's sitting on something that drains water from the soap, but that's it. If it sits in a pool of water then yeah, it'll turn into mush lol. It is made with moisturizer (of some sort anyway)...
