Any diff? Going to order a bunch for my elderly parents and it's a bit cheaper than current Costco price of 200 tablets for $23+tax vs 60 tablets for about $6.14+tax with S&S 15% and i get 5% CB with Prime as well.

MSM supports collagen growth. Vitamin D is for bones. Probably best to find one with all 3?

For boswellia serrata to be effective it needs to be standardized to 65% and when it doesn't have that rating it's effectiveness goes way down.

I wondered about this and looked around a bit. Found: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/...MC5045720/

I'm all for the placebo effect (which somehow works even if you know you are on a placebo), so planning to buy anyway, but vitamin D supplementation efficacy still seems in question for this popular use case.

As for Vit D, I personally have a recently discovered very low Vit D (most Americans do, they just don't know) and it has impact on your immune system (esp now that we're battling covid19). So I'm on Rx level Vit D weekly and I believe there are recent NIH published studies to support it. But Osteo Bi-Flex is something my parents take for years and swear by it so I'm just buying em more when on sale.

FYI, BJ's has the triple strength with two stackable coupons that bring it down to 6$ https://www.bjs.com/product/osteo...-ct/185057
Is 200 capsules, 2 per day, slightly different formulation but better price since is 100 days vs 60

Costco has this on sale:

https://www.costco.com/kirkland-s...93064.html

Supposedly UC-II is more effective than glucosamine in the studies ive seen, and well, glucosamine has very mixed studies and personal reviews, some say it helps, other say its basically placebo.

The 400IU of vitamin D is near worthless, if youre taking vitamins/supplements youll be getting a much higher dose elsewhere like a baby sized gel cap is 5,000 IU, plus its cheap.

no sure about the boswellia serrata claims, never looked into it.

when you say 'sale' you mean the $20 price? is it cheaper to buy in store?

I love this product.
I think getting Vit D separately is better as you can control the amount.
The triple strength one seems like you get the most benefits.

On a high note:
