How is this a deal? Discover has offered these cash back redemption rates for most of these merchants for over 10 years.

I'd suggest booking Airbnb with a card that offers travel protection, other GCS are pretty good deal, personally a fan of banana, but no office time lately, so no need for new clothes

Is this a limited time deal thing? Feel like I usually try to redeem during these periods but can't recall if it's a limited deal or if it's almost always like this. May take advantage if it'll go away soon

I don't know others, but Burlington, Bed Bath Beyond (Buy Buy Baby) are always 20% off face value as I redeemed these GC so many times. The always available discounted GC (Burlington, TJ Maxx, Crutchfield, Black Angus and etc) is the reason I use Discover Card whenever I can.

A lot of ABNB's have pretty good cancellation policies nowadays, many have full refund up to 2 days of reservation.

Based on what I saw it's like 20% off. $100 gift card is $80 worth of points. $125 gift card is $100 worth of points. $25 is $20, etc.
