I'd suggest booking Airbnb with a card that offers travel protection, other GCS are pretty good deal, personally a fan of banana, but no office time lately, so no need for new clothes

Some GCs are 20% off only for a limited time. for e.g. ABnB is usually 10% off but now it's 20% off.

I redeemed on 10/06 but have not received the GCs yet. I called Discover and was told they had mailed out on 10/08 and there is no way to track the order since it was mailed via US First Class mail.

Edit: GCs showed up in the mail today.
