I even buy into CG's overpriced crap myself and I think these prices aren't that good. I guess the concentrated is not bad, but the RU (ready to use) version is $30 for a gallon. I'd say the Mr. Pink with the included foam cannon for $55 is pretty good though.

I got the Mr Pink with the cannon since I've been looking for a solid one for a while and they're all about the same price. But this helped with the bundle. Thanks OP

I like their stuff, but their prices aren't competitive like they once were. Agree the foam cannon bundle is a decent deal.

I have about a month or so left before I have to shut off the outside faucet in prep for Chicago winters. What would one recommend to do if they have to wash their cars every two weeks or so to maintain PPF and a ceramic coating? I had the work done just last week on a new car and they told me I should handwash every two weeks, something I never did before. Or they said to do touchless car washes when road salt becomes a factor.

So now I'm thinking I'd be best off just handwashing but with no outdoor hose from December to probably March 2022, this poses a problem.

Or should I just get those "passes" at car washes for a basic touchless wash every few days?

I bought their foam gun package at a similar price except it came with a gallon of honeydew snow foam instead of the pink super sud 2. You've been warned, soap will probably expire before its gets used unless you wash your car every month. I usually wash my two cars every 3-4 months and since I've add it (probably about 2 years now) it hasn't made a dent. The good news is the soap is still as good as day one so not sure what the shelf life of this thing is.

Monthly unlimited wash for a flat rate might be the best option if available in your area. Then you can swing by whenever you feel like.

Google Optimum No Rinse (ONR) and Big Red Sponge. Those are a popular combination for people who suffer from winter.

I go to the car wash bays and spray it with foam and then hose it off, never use the brush. It doesn't look as great but it works.

I stopped going to car washes in NYC because it always comes out with swirls. Bought a cheap pressure washer, and the CG honeydew snow with foam lance. I only go to the car wash in March as I need an undercarriage wash to get rid of the salt.
A few donuts and figure-eights after a fresh snowfall keeps my STi clean.
