I don't know how, but as an owner of multiple mx master 2s, all year I've only seen mx master 2s at this price or slightly below and told myself I would wait for mx master 3. Somehow, this is also the first time I'm seeing this price on the 3, just like the poster above.

You're define correct though, but not sure why we hadn't seen these other deals.

I wish there was a way to stop getting alerts for the mx master 3 unless the price is 79.98 or less. this isn't a deal this is basically regular price for the last year.

I am still currently using the original MX Master. I have seen this deal come up often this year, but it is usually only for the gray one and not the black. The black version of this mouse has mostly not been discounted from MSRP, so coupons like this would never bring it down as low as say the gray version. This deal and the one before it have been the only ones where the black one has cost the same as the other colors. But, it seems the black is OOS right now.
