Actually, buying it from Amazon is super safe. I purchased these pods from a 3rd party in the past (dif company) on Amazon and when they showed up past the expiration date, a simple chat got my money refunded. If the seller does not specify they are expired then you have no risk.

I just bought these a few days ago and was able to get them shipped for about $22. They're delicious!
I pay on average .17to .20 CENTS per Peets pod. I buy bulk when the deals hit.
I drink them way past date and 1 in 100 might be bad, you can tell when the top lid has no push back.
I've recently had to deal with Amazon where I bought an OEM roomba battery 6 months ago for $90 as a spare since my battery was going bad.
I didn't really need to install it until last week and turns out someone swapped out the battery with an old one and returned it to Amazon and they resold it to me as brand new. Of course I think I'm good since it'd be under roomba warranty, but when roomba support asked for the serial number they said the battery was made in 2014 and I should ask amazon for my money back and buy directly from irobot in the future to guarantee genuine batteries.
Of course it's way past the return window so I pretty much was SOL and at Amazon's mercy.
I had to beg and plead with Amazon and they finally said they would replace it as a one time courtesy.
And there was that guy that scammed amazon out of millions by buying expensive items and returning similar but crappier versions of items.. so definitely buyer beware when buying from Amazon whether the items are new or not.

But IMO the nespresso blends are smoother than the starbucks branded ones
I used to get the espresso blonde roast but the nespresso tastes so much better.
