Ads Expanding As I Scroll

What's the deal with the ads that get bigger as I scroll down the site and cover up the deals? It's incredibly frustrating. I understand the ads and all but when they pop up OVER the deals then it makes me upset.

pretty sure that shouldn't be happening...i gave the ad team a heads up so hopefully someone can look into it. thanks for the report!
