This looks to be a pretty good deal to those looking for an affordable 1440p monitor. It looks like it runs 144hz standard and 165hz with an overclock which is impressive at this price point for a brand name gaming monitor.

I vastly prefer IPS, but each has their benefits. IPS is a better experience imo
