I bought the 70 inch version for the living room. It's a great looking TV. I have a B9 OLED in my bedrooms, I would say you are not missing out on much getting a samsung qled instead of an OLED TBH.

I keep seeing people post it, and if you actually read the thing, it says the Q70A is a pretty solid TV, and even has a few pros over the q80a. Useful info, the but the title reminds me of click-bait for old people.

Reddit also has a bad habit of treating every television as if it's your main set, steering people away from budget sets when plenty of people stick these lower priced sets in their bedroom where certain features just aren't that necessary. Sites such as Rtings are really the best for seeking advice on televisions in the price and size you want.

You'd get a lot more for your money with the U6G. It's a better performing television all around. The Samsung does have a few features the U6G does not have such as motion interpolation and eARC support, but those are things not everybody has an actual use case for. On the flip side, you will get Dolby Vision HDR with the U6G and this is a feature Samsung does not support in any of their televisions.
