Edit: I guess the staff member messed up and wrote 15% discount instead of 10%.
Where my bill is $50 for two 5GB lines, I can pay $50 to Target and I'm good. If Verizon bills me, it's $53.90.
In this case, I buy $100 for $95, and get 5% cashback from Discover, then I've gotten two months for $90.25 compared to $107.80 to Verizon (minus a 2% cashback rate = $105.64). Net savings of 17%.. or $15 for a few minutes and a few clicks.
