The problem with these "solar" portable shower is you have to hang them fairly high otherwise you're bending down to shower. Also, it's nearly impossible to get the water out after use due to the location of the spout. Lastly, 4 gallons of water is about 35lbs, so the flimsy stitching on the handle will not hold that much weight long term.
Don't do it. A cold shower is better than a lukewarm shower
Logic: a cold shower last however long it lasts, and then your body starts to warm itself right after. You feel the instant change once you stop the cold shower.
A lukewarm shower tells your body it is a not warm shower, so the body doesn't really warm itself up. You transition from room temperature or even warm water to... Constant cold once you leave the shower
Just my 2c from me using my portable gas camping shower. I couldn't stay warm unless I was constantly under the sightly warm water. I had to dunk my body into the cold river water to get my body to start warming itself.
3 gallons is nothing. barely enough to get your feet wet, much less wash your ass and front side junk.
You can get the important bits with three gallons. After a major hurricane, we were left without water or electricity for about a month and had to resort to bathing with a large bowl (maybe a gallon?) And plastic cups. Not ideal, but definitely doable.
Now I have a rechargeable shower head with a pump that I can dunk in a 5gal bucket in case of another emergency. We can heat water with a portable stove and it'd probably be better than this.

Would you recommend the shower head you use please?
