You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

There is no credit back. Thats what their terms say. Moreover they are giving $200 extra on each phone as a promotion. So do you think they will put the entire trade in value on a gift card and return it to you?

I think I may just be really tired but, I wanted to ask.

Basically.... Trade-in is done in store? Credit is applied automatically as a discount during purchase of the iphone 13 pro? And it's just a one time payment, and nothing to do with Bill Credits, Right..?

Thanks just want to be sure.

If you do it on the store the taxes are calculated in a weird way and they are charging more. When you do it online, it charges tax on the remaining balance after trade in value is applied.

Yes its a one time credit adjustment on the total value since its a outright purchase deal. No monthly bills on device nor bill credits.

You'll be out your traded-in device + the credits.

But if BB is like other retailers, they should give you the option to mail your trade-in at a later date while allowing you to pick up the new phone, in case you need to transfer data to the new phone before sending the old one in. They usually put a hold on your card to make sure you don't keep both devices, so you'll have that pending charge until you send in the device.

Correct. You can actually apply the trade in value during checkout online and you'll only have to pay the difference. They'll just double check your trade in phone is in good condition in store and you should be good.

Yes trade-in transactions needs to be completed in store. So you can apply this credit and make remaining payment online ans just visit the store when it is ready for pickup and then complete the activation and tradein at store.
