You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Im happy with my provider and my still super fast Pixel3XL, but truly unlimited un-slowed 5G, with taxes and fees and netflix included, for $45/month per line is very very tempting.
My issue is the unaccounted-for monthly rent-to-own charges for the phones themselves. Considering I have nothing of value for trade, I wonder whats the best device deals (or to buy somewhere else for BYOD) or to buy a used XR from Gamestop or ebay to trade etc.? There doesnt seem to be an android equivalent to "Iphone Forever", and Tmo doesnt seem to sell Pixels.

Yes i did, but for samsung phones the promotions are entirely different. Also the trade in device carrier is also fluctuating. So its better to choose the device ans carrier you are trying to trade in.

You can order it. It applies even if your device of preference is backordered and the delivery date is 2 or more weeks from now.

Actually this time the same trade in value applies for the Flip 3 on T-mobile. Haven't checked other phones but they changed it from the last deal where you only got the base trade in value.

Was worried that there was no premium being paid for the XS Max but it was just an omission on the part of the original post. Please update to include $500 for the XS Max.

Thankfully this is available for all levels of service (I generally expect every deal to be limited to Magenta Max as of late). Seeing that this might not be restricted to iPhone upgrades, I'll be interested to compare my options with a $500 trade-in.

It still not really the same. For the iphone 8, the value was $195, now it is $245. About $50 less.
I am picking my phone up tomorrow and will ask if they match the trade in value. Lol

Perfect then. I did the prev deal on the flip phone and the promo was entirely different and moreover got good bucks for old trade in models.

Sorry boss. Got away with the main summary where the promo was for iphones and i did couple today so was thinking the deal was specific to iphones. Came to know from OP that they have matched the promo for samsung flip devices as well.

I thought its straight $100. I have xsmax, 11, 12 mini and 7plus and all have $100 more in trade in value. Thats weird if iphone 8 is just providing $50 more.
