You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

He said BACK screen, admittedly he should've said back glass but same thing. That can only be replaced by Apple to the tune of $500ish which would make this deal absolutely moot. Given that the back glass is not mentioned in the questions regarding condition of the phone it is not inconceivable assuming that the back glass can be cracked for a phone to still qualify as a trade in.

FYI I was a T-Mobile customer, but I had a cracked back disqualifying me from trading in. I instead ported my number to Verizon who has a very similar deal to this one right now, except they accept cracked phones as long as they work. I even ported over my cellular watch and got a $100 Visa card too.

I'm still paying off for the iPhone 12 that come with the 30 months….now 30 month feels too long. Anyway, the trade in value is not that good. Maybe better deal around Black Friday

Only BB employees can answer that question at the time of trade in. So good luck to anyone that able to trade-in with the cracked back at the full price!
