You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I would definitely not go in now lol. BB is good about sending a notification once your order is actually ready.

They won't do anything if you go to the store without receiving the pickup notification. So don't waste your time to go there without being notified that your order is ready for pickup!
