You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Can someone provide inputs whether T-Mobile sim needs to be in the iPhone for T-Mobile to unlock the device after 40 days? OR We are good to use any sim (planning to use T-Mobile MVNO) after activation and can request unlock after 40 days as long as requirements are met and line is active (will keep line active for 2 months).

I know that Cricket Wireless resets the 180 days counter if another sim is used in the phone.

I have a question For those who have experienced this please.

When you buy an iPhone from Apple store with your T Mobile account, does it come unlocked already? Because I saw a few comments saying that all the phones purchased from Apple are unlocked except for the Att plans.

I'm planning to buy 1 under TMo account and use it overseas, therefore I'll need to use it with a different carrier..

Can someone help me out pls?

There is no way around the tax in California. I purchased the 13 pro max where the receipt shows $129 with $9 tax. However, on another screen there is a $75 or so charge for tax that is not on the actual receipt.

It's flex policy. So if you put an ATT sim it will be locked to Att. Same with verizon.

Some reps don't activate the device and let you do it on your own. Out of the 4 I had, 3 of them opened the phone up to be sure it works.

I wouldn't count on that date. It was supposed to be ready for pickup on Oct 16th when I ordered on 10/4. Oct 16th came and nothing happen beside I got a text and email saying that it was delayed. But then, the same store was magically appeared to have 2 in stock the next day; however, my order still said delay. So I placed a new order and got a text to pickup within an hour after I placed. So just refresh every now and then, and you might be in for a surprise. Nothing is guarantee until you get a text from BB that your order is "ready for pickup"!
