You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

This deal has been around for weeks. Instead of a bonus $100 off the phone on top of the trade-in value they increased the trade-in by $100 and eliminated the $100 bonus.

So I just went into Best Buy to ask if sprint account owners were eligible for this and they basically said that us trying to check out with a "t mobile" account and saying there isn't an account is the same as their system. Even though we have a t mobile SIM card in our phone, it won't let them give us a tmobile phone on our sprint account still. So the only way to upgrade a sprint phone is by using deals at T-Mobile, which tmobile never does anyways without switching to a t mobile plan. So we're kinda SOL. If anyone else was able to trade in thru a sprint account please comment.

After adding iPhone 13 onto the cart, it asked me to "add a line" or "upgrade". I chose "upgrade", and then T-Mobile is not listed as one of the carriers. There are only 4 to choose from: AT&T, Sprint, Unlocked, Verizon. What should I choose? My phone is under EIP, not unlocked. Please help.
