You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I have 8 lines on my one plan, but I was only able to log in and verify through my main line, hence the upgrade will be for that line. Does this matter? I wanna upgrade another line other than the main one.

For those having trouble, it might be because you have a employee/government discount tied to your account. It's what prevented a lot of people from getting it the last time Best Buy offered this deal

Anythying can happen. They will not cancel it unless its taking them way longer than the backordered date. Even if they do, by thanksgiving you will be getting some other deal to compensate this.

Btw bestbuy gets their devices before the date they display. I had a 13 pro for order which was supposed to be ready for pickup aftwr 3 weeks but i got it within a week.

I have heard it could be also due to account security since bestbuy is tied up with tmo recently so any online upgrades getting this error and tmo customer care asked me to get the authentication verified at a local tmo store. I am going now and will see if that security issue which is blocking me ti place the 2nd order will be lifted. Will post my update on the experience.

Apple carbon footprint is going south with these stupid tradeins ! iPhone 12 and pro recently released and they are as good as these new phones. For that matter XS, 11 are great phones too! Why trade in them? And what apple is doing with those smart phones?

If my screen is cracked, should I fix it first or will they take it. Haven't had a phone with cracked screen in years but in the much much distant past places like these won't take it if cracked

You have to fix the screen first else it will be ineligible so look out for a cheapest 2nd grade screen available and get it fixed. You might get some in groupon as well.
