You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Not sure why I keep getting the message

Please try again we had an issue, but it should be fixed now.

Trying to setup a new account with T-Mobile through Best Buy

Tried different browser, clearing cache etc, incognito mode ... nothing works. Keep getting the same error.

Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

WARNING: if you're upgrading, Best Buy reps MAY open a new line because they earn incentives if they do -- they caught me with my pants down when I asked why they weren't transferring my SIM with some BS about the number transferring automatically (I know, I know). Tmobile is doing a virtual SIM swap now, but I'm totally livid and the 2+ hours I spent for "pick up" and then to get hooned like this. Eff Best Buy, seriously.

tmobile the company screwed up big time this year with zero JOD or trade in deals. Used to have $900 or $850 or almost free new iphone model with trade in of previous model iphone.
