You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

For people with sprint, idk about any other model but iPhone 12 Pro I'd get 700$ trade in for still, which isn't terrible. I wonder if there will be any better sprint trade in deals closer to Bf

The trade-in values are different for the T-Mobile vs Sprint customers. I went through all of the steps using T-Mobile as my current carrier, picked out an iPhone 13, blah blah, offer comes to $725 for my current iPhone 12.
Repeated the same steps as a current Sprint customer, and they offered me $520 for the same phone. Same everything.

I am I the only one that had to have their picture taken at the time of trade in. I found that to be very odd. They already had my drivers license, so what other ID do they need. I'm in NJ so guessing this is standard?

Yeah if you look on their site they separate tmobile and tmobile/sprint deals where the sprint one is max $500 back

I have an iPhone 12 mini bought through a T-Mobile deal last year. I am getting the credit from a 24-month plan. If I trade in this phone to BestBuy, will T-Mobile stop my monthly credit? Does anyone know? Thanks.

What city in nj? They didn't require that for me. Some counties have different laws. Some counties get your fingerprint

I went to Bergen and west paterson and they didn't require that

Few questions here:

1. My brother is the account holder - does he need to be present at all for the transaction?
2. Do I have to do the actual swap in store? Or can I take the iphone 13 home and mail or drop off the trade-in at a later time? I use my current phone for work - and it will be a pain in the ass to do all that in the store.

Looks like BB is adding more verifications, I just got phone call from BB verification department to verify my 2 orders I placed about an hour ago. He verified both phone numbers and told me all good, and wait for pickup confirmation email before I go to BB.
