You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

So I bought one through online this morning. But it never became ready for pick up so I went in, they canceled the online transaction, and we went through the process in store. Easy. They set it up, moved everything over to new phone, and I factory reset old phone. The promotional additional money showed up on their side. Got $420 for my Xs. Now I'm going to help my dad upgrade to a iPhone 13 from his iPhone 7.

No, leave your current order open. Search it every day and you might be surprised to see your local BB restock them and snatch it fast if you see one. Place a new one if you see any BB within your driving distance has one. Good luck.

Did u read it? U cant get this trade in value if you are trading sprint mobile or unlocked mobile. You should be using tmobile service then you can trade in the sprint unlocked iphone to get the exact same value
