You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Good luck!

I ordered my 13 pro max for bie morning and was wondering if anyone with the 13 Promax have issues with screen dimming while outdoors? We 3 12PM in my household and all 3 suffers from it. Apple store replaced screen on 1 and replaced my other with a btand new phone and all still suffers dimming issue while outdoors. It seems like the OLED screeb is tok sensitive on iphone 12s. I dont think i got 4 defective PRO max in a row. All auto-dim has been disabled. I hope with all he 13 Pros fixed this issue
I had the same at times with the 12 Pro. Have not seen with the 13 Pro yet. But I've only had it for a few days. I have used it outside quite a bit since.

I don't think that it was a screen issue since most of the time mine would be OK and could recover at times. Tried to disable everything that I could think off too with no effect. Not sure what caused that but also hope that it's gone now.

Any idea how long this offer might last? Asking coz m not able to get hold of my primary account holder to get last 4 digits of their SSN until next Wednesday.
I asked again today, and they said that it expires today the 22nd. (though who knows if that's true)

Question to those that have upgraded. Have you really enjoyed the new 13 line or been super impressed with it? Coming from a current XR user...
Definitely if you're coming from an XR. For me, coming from a 12 pro max, it's almost identical, and if it hadn't been just $125 (WITH the increased trade in value next year!) I wouldn't have gotten it. However, from an XR, it'll be night and day. Get off that fence and get in on the deal! =)

Quote from Lazyboy60 :
I just purchased and used an XS Max as trade in below are the details
QtyTrade-In Value
1$500.00*
*Trade-In Value: $500.00
($295.00 trade-in allowance + $205.00 trade-in promotion)

I suspect if i returned the refund on my trade would only be 295.00
correct. you can find this info once you select the phone to trade-in and click the small link: "See how we calculated this" it says the following (emphasis mine):
Here's how you'll pay less for your new phone when you trade in.
Your Trade-in
Trade-in Allowance: $295.00
Trade-in Promotion: $205.00
Your Trade-in Value: $500.00

*Trade-in value is calculated to represent a working device that turns on and does not have a cracked or broken screen. Your device will be evaluated when you trade it in to validate that it meets all requirements.
Your order must be picked up from a store to complete your trade-in and apply its value to your new device purchase.
If you return your device, you will receive the trade-in allowance on a Best Buy gift card. Trade-in promotion is forfeited.
Returns policy applies. Trade-in devices cannot be returned to you once your transaction is complete.
also, you'll note it precludes cracked/broken screens, or devices that won't turn on. another page says that they'll cancel your whole order if you bring in a phone that's not exactly as described (color, carrier, size, model, condition, etc).

Question, If I keep using my old Sims and don't move service to new sim cards, will there be any potential issue in future?
I'm wondering the same thing. Kinda afraid to get extra charges on my bill or something.

There should not be any extra charges for changing SIMs, I have requested several via Tmobile chat and they've never charged me. If they do, i'm sure if you asked if it can be waived, they will be willing to waive the charge. FYI there might be a 10$ sim charge if you process the purchase on site at Bestbuy (not an online order). Heard several called Tmo and got that credited back to their account.
One reason to change sim is that the "r15" sims are most efficient at accessing their 5G network, at least so they claim.

I don't see many folks mentioning anything about buying a Samsung Z Flip3 for $250 with a trade-in of an iPhone 11. Is that not a good deal?

Since launch I ordered 6-7 phones total on 2 of my lines. Of course the phones were for different lines but it was just easier as I had to go through the verification process and had those lines on me.
Mostly I would place the old iphone 12's sim in there, but the last time, they did activate the sim, which i just went to tmo website afterward and changed the sim back to esim.
This was all done in Queens, do not expect it to be any different in LI. Are you running into issues?

I got this same error, WTH!
I received cancellation at store 1, then same with store 2, but store 3 went through and I picked up my phone earlier today. Note, give it time before immediately placing an order after email cancellation notice.

I finally got this to work and picked up a 13 Pro a few hours ago. Transferring apps etc. and plan to repeat using my other iPhone 12. For those who got phones unlocked via Tforce, did you just message with receipt and IMEI? I want to request right away.

As an aside, last year, Tmobile offered a loyalty discount of $200 early November, plus trade in discount. Not saying they will do that again or if anyone remembers that. Just wondering what deal might be on horizon from Tmobile still

So if it doesn't work is that because they don't have the phone does anyone know why they are having so many issues? I can't get an order to take no matter what I do.

I have received mix messages from online chat and telephone reps. The telephone reps said that I can order a regular iPhone 13 for delivery to my location and that I have two weeks to return my iPhone 8's after my new phones are delivered. In my area, the. Lue ones are only available for delivery. They indicated that the two week count starting at the delivery date and my day of dropping the old phones off for return must be no more than 14 days later. The reason this is important to me is that I will not be back at my home til November 11, and if this info is correct, I can do the return on the 11th after ordering around the 29th. I am out of country at present. The online chat person said this was not correct. Anyone have any experience or knowledge with ordering online and sending in older phones as a trade-in?.

No issues, but similar to you due to ease of verification I'd like to use the same number for a second order, but don't want to screw up the existing order I made with that number that I won't be picking up for a few days. And zero stores ever show up for Long Island, I think it may be due to the wacky pawn laws out here.

Am I reading this correctly, you burn an upgrade to do this deal? Vs buying directly through Apple? And you're still more or less paying the value of your say 12 Pro Max towards a$1200 device that you could get without having to do an upgrade at Apple with the same trade in?

No upgrade burned because the phone is paid off and no EIP is involved.
