You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Yes bestbuy takes the trade in and you leave with your new phone. This isn't even that crazy of a deal. The tmobile one that just gave you a free iPhone 12 was crazy

I just did in-store, have to wait until 11/11 to get the phone. I got the 13 pro max, tax is on discounted price, not full price in California. With Costco BF promotion they never have the pro max.

Ordered online and the order gets cancelled because

" We were unable to activate the device you purchased on our site, so we had to cancel the item(s) included in your mobile package. We will now begin processing a refund for your payment."

Tried ordering online with trade in and got it cancelled.
Tried ordering online without trade in and it was cancelled.
Tried ordering in store and it was cancelled.

What's going on?
