You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Anybody else getting immediate cancellations? I'm on my 5th order now, all at different stores, different cards, etc, but they all keep coming back as cancelled. It's also odd I'm having to add it to my cart in incognito mode, then log in, then complete the order.

I had one order from yesterday (for an estimated Nov 12th) that took til this afternoon to get cancelled, so I ordered another at a store that *did* have stock. Immediate cancellation (like within 3 minutes). Tried again with a different card, same deal. Tried again at a different store, same deal. Tried again with a different name on the card, different store... same deal. Anyone have any ideas? Trying to snag a gold 256gbb pro max...

Yeah, only certain colors can still be ordered online few hours ago. I ordered my 2nd choices, will wait and see.

Anyone can recommend a good iphone pro case ?

I usually get the apple silicone case , but the silicon usually fall apart in 6 months

Deal worked out great. Traded in my 12 Pro and basically only paid $108 online after tax.

Curiously, when I got to Best Buy I went to the phone counter and they told me to pick up my phone from the online pickup. When I went to online pickup, they just looked up my order and gave me the new 13 Pro.

The online pickup CSR didn't even ask for my return. I went back to the phone counter and mentioned that didn't I have to return my 12 Pro to be eligible for this promo? The phone counter CSR said yes that is the case, but no one had been properly trained at this local store since it was a new promotion so there was lots of confusion amongst employees.

I wonder what would have happened if I had just walked out with my 12 Pro along with my new 13 Pro? In the end, I turned in the phone since I had to transfer the number, backup and activate the 13 Pro.

They have to actually process the trade in otherwise you'd get charged the difference. So.. I think you made the right choice instead of trying to go back and fix that later. That store definitely seems a bit lazy since they didn't care.

All my orders were fine. 1st order I picked up next day cause I saw this deal pretty early at 2:00 AM morning.
Made 2nd order later same day but it would be avai to pick up in Nov 12.
Made 3rd order later at night then pushed back to Nov 18.
Made 4th order 2 days later then would pick up on Nov 12 again.
So far 1st order completed no problem and 3 pending but no cancelation email yet
Also using the same credit card for all orders

Was yours still locked to T-Mobile?
You selected unlocked online or at the store. Just want to see if they actually check if it is unlocked.

I didn't check .. I'm already with T-Mobile . So I just inserted my SIM card and it was activated ..

I don't have other SIM card to try

There was no option for unlocked .. only T-Mobile

They didn't check if it's unlocked ( I think mine was unlocked ) but I chose T-Mobile when I trade it

There is no way they could find out if it's locked or not
