You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Jeez, I was able to add it to my cart after an entire week of getting a silly error after verification, but it won't let me check out now because no store has it in stock. How have you all been able to just select the option of picking it up at a later time? Say, in late november?

I have another question—I'm trying to get an iPhone 13 pro for myself, should I
a) trade in my wife's iPhone 11 and give her my iPhone 12 pro or (total cost 450$, and I still have a year of apple care plus on that phone)

b) trade in both her iPhone 11 and my iPhone 12 pro and pick up an iPhone 13 for her and a pro for me? (total cost $350)

I'm still having the same error for verification. Went in store and they couldn't do anything for me either. Said it's a waiting game and there is hundreds of tickets in for the same issue and to keep trying.. we will see
