You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

No, I was in the same situation and I had to pay off the phones using a credit card with T-Mobile (either on their website or calling in) before trading in. The payoff reflects instantly though.

Best Buy will give you a new sim and will try to activate it when picking up the iPhone 13. For me, both of my new sims didn't activate so I just used my old sims.

If for some reason you need a new sim, they will usually send it for free if you call 611. I always get charged ($20 I think…it's been a while since I paid for a sim) when I go into a T-mobile store.

My new 5G sim didn't activate either. All I had to do was go into my Bestbuy order history and activate it though there. It will have you enter your IMEI and then you'll get a text from T-Mobile too saying you've switched devices

I tried a hundred times for five days, then stopped for two days, and now it seems to work. I just did it for my wife, waiting for a Pro to be in stock to get mine as when I get to check out I'm not given the chance to pre-order it.

How many times have there been iPhone forever Small print can end forever program. Yea no sheeeeetttt I never did I knew it was a lie. Think 3-4 iPhone forever programs lol. If you had you could trade in iPhone to new version as long you made 12 or 13 monthly payments you could upgrade to new iPhone.

It said that for me also. Add it to your cart without selecting a store. Then once in your cart you can select the store. That's what worked for me.
