You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Okay so someone said that if I don't have Best Buy activate the phone for me I can put a different sim in it and it won't be tied to T-Mobile. Can anyone verify this is how it works? I'm wanting to switch from T-Mobile to Spectrum. Im a current T-Mobile customer but would love to be able to activate the Spectrum Sim on the new device.

Well I'm 1 for 3 but I got an iPhone.
Gonna try again tomorrow to see if I can trade in my other 11.

Pick was pretty easy.
Went to pick up, they walked me over to the phones section.
Then it was a matter of just waiting my turn.

I had read here quite a few times but didn't pay attention, activate your SIM card
on the BB site.
Took my like 3 tries and wasn't working.
Then I remember someone here mentioned they had to activate their SIM on the BB site.
Once I did that, all was good.

I tried to place over the phone they will not do it. I went in store but the guy said out of stock. He told me to come back next day.
