You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

You've got me beat! I only managed to do this 4 times. I had an old iPhone 6S, 7, 8, and Xs sitting that I was waiting for a deal to trade them on. Now I've got some phones to sell and make some $$!!

Do you pay for your phone at the store? I ask because I got charged when I first placed my order but now I have a credit to my CC. Should I brace for a cancellation email or was the charge just to make sure my payment was legit?

Paid online and just picked up phone from the store. You could get getting canceled it seems to be happening randomly

That's what I was afraid of...I got my order in right when this deal went live and no issues with phone number, authorization, etc but doesn't look good for me now...wish I would've known this would happen sooner so I could put another order in in my area. Now the phone I want just says "on backorder" and can't put in cart...

Yes, I've been with T-Mobile for a long time. On the T-Mobile One taxes included plan with 9 lines for $100/mo.

So last night i tried to purchase the 13 pro in BB store and since the store was charging tax on the full amount, i backed out and cancelled the transaction. I went home and ordered this phone online from the same store for less. Online order was accepted and this morning i was waiting for pickup email but when I went to check the status of the order, it showed as cancelled because the phone is not available.
Since most of the BB stores have some kind of inventory i tried to place another online order but when I add it to the cart it says that it can't be added to the shopping cart, even if there are three in stock.
I don't think anyone bought the phone after i left the store as the store was closing the the time i was leaving.
Did BB stop selling the phones online and these are only available for in-store purchase?

getting this message "We're sorry, there was an issue processing your request. Please try again later." best buy website after log in using tmobile upgrade

go head and when to the store and about the same problem. best buy associate said that tmobile website problems and ask me to call tmobile. call tmobile and they have not problems.

local bestbuy has iphone in stock. upgrade with trade in. any ideas? thank you

No I just did it online like a day ago. It might be that their inventory system is messed up. I would try a different store if they have the phone you want
