You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I was able to order one 13 pro and will pickup today, it was the last gold available nearby, in a hurry I didn't chose to port.. can I do that while activating it in store today ?
They have already assign me number I believe.

Phone CS said 10 days, and I have waited 4 days already, phone still showed sim locked.

Think it would be an issue if my wife goes to do the pickup that's in my name? Should I give her my license to bring? Don't see anywhere to add a different pickup person.

Phone must be picked up by the person who paid for it (the name on the credit card), unless your ID has a picture of your wife on it, it will not work

There won't be an option to add a different pickup person for phone purchase. It states "the person on the billing address have to pick it up." Just use your wife credit card to make the purchase and she will pick it up.
