You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

If you keep looking online sometimes a store will randomly show it's in stock. Key point: you shouldn't add the phone to your cart on the page with map of the stores. You have to go back to the product page, add it to your cart, enter your TM info, then when it's added your cart, select the store with the stock.

Sharing this because that was the only way I got my phones in NYC. Good luck!
Appreciate the input. So I tried to order online but it won't let me check out saying that this item is not available for pickup. It doesn't even give me the option to let it get shipped to the store. If I remove the trade in option, then shipping becomes available

Looks like chase sapphire preferred has 5% cash back on best buy and max is 22$. Not sure if it is targeted or for everyone.

If it is, then that is easy resolved. From the maps screen, the "Add to Cart" button is actually ordering from the online inventory, not the store you've selected. It's poor web design. So that's why you are getting the error "This item is currently unavailable for online purchase. The item was not added to your cart."

Instead, you need to find a store with availability of your model and color, click on "Make this my store" (don't see it on my screenshot because Union Square is already my store). Then close the map, returning to the main page. Then click on "Add to Cart" button from the main page. This will order the phone from the store, not the online inventory.

Thank you, tried it, get messages from Best Buy, but not getting the verification code, made sure T-Mobile has enabled me for short messages too, but still nothing, but thank you for pointing me in the right direction

No, it didn't show the map. I guess I couldn't order it either because none of the shops have it in stock or because the online store is glitching.

BUT the app showed that one location had two phones in store that were NOT available for pick-up. Went and was able to get it at that location (the only one in Manhattan that had a Pro model)

Thanks to the OP.
This is how it worked for me on Sunday late in the evening 10/24, used the links provided by OP and logged into my BB account.
Selected Iphone 13 Pro, then went with the full price (TM) as carrier, then the system in BB wanted to check the phone number of TM and the tool checked if the line is eligible for a trade-in and reduced the price accordingly. Got $360 for a unlocked SE 2020 version that I purchased during last year TG for $399 with a $50 Apple Gift Card.
Now BB is not offering this deal online, one can try in the store. As there is no end date for the deal and all locations show more inventory to come soon on BB site, this is going to be revived once inventory is back in stores.
I do not think so TG deal is going to be any better than this without a catch. Good luck hunting.

So far I've gotten one unlocked and they only asked for me to verify my account then confirmed the IMEI. The other I'm waiting for the unlock, but just submitted the request last night. This time they asked for copy of the receipt, IMEI, and phone number associated with it.

I had T-force submitted the unlock request. How to know if the phone is unlocked without testing a SIM from another carrier since I don't have one?

Looks like they just pick a random question to ask. I told them my name, number, plan and IMEI. They only asked where I got the device but didn't request proof of purchase.

Noob question - Once you submit the request do they give you a Request# to follow up on just in case?
I have never submitted any request to T-Force in the past.

No, not for these unlocks. The rep last night told me explicitly that they did not have reference numbers for these requests.
