You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

You can't - they have to process your trade so it would have to be in person

I got the same error like you. I tried again the next day it works but since I haven't receive the phone I wouldn't do it to avoid cancellation.

I guess you can stay and BB will transfer your data over from old to new phone
in the store.

BB will ask if you want your new phone activated and want them to transfer
your data.
I said no all 3 times.

No, I had backed my old phone up to my mac.
So I transferred when I got back home.

Sorry for the noob ? Do you have to keep T mobile service for the entire 2 years? I have to transfer my ATT to T mobile in order to get the discounts if I don't want a new line? Thanks for your help.

Does Bestbuy accept a phone that has scratch on screen? It is not a crack.. it's more like a bit worse than light scratch (like someone keyed it.. not deep though). When I went through the trade-in information, it only asked about whether my trade in phone turns on or has crack.
