You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Nope, even if the item is available for online order can be placed in store. Just say I want to place an order of an iPhone with the trade-in promotion. They will place an order with store pick up as an option.

Don't reply on the website issue to be fixed as it took 2 weeks for me to work and in the meantime, I have visited the store and placed an order with the pickup date as Nov 12. So why not do that rather go to the store to place an order.

Also just in case if you don't mind 24-30 mo bill credits then you might get $1000 if you're trading 11 pro max else this deal is way better with most phones having great trade-in values.

Do they verify the actual TM line owner to be in store? I did it online as my folks prefer not to go in.
Also within online order i get to use PP, so I guess it kind of offset the sales tax part for me as I am getting 5% CB using chase pp.

Your thoughts? thx

Their terms say that actual account owner needs to be present but few reps don't care if you have the last 4 of social of the account owner. Then you will get a passcode. They also ask for an ID so its YMMV if they keenly observe that or not. Also see if your name can be added as an authorized user then maybe BB can make an exception.

BTW which device are you trading in?

Not sure if I read it correctly among some of the earlier posts as some were getting charged full tax in store. Or may be I read too many posts and got all confused

It depends on your location. i am from SoCal and I took 3 phones so far and paid taxes on the remaining balance. 1 online and 2 instore.

weird question - what happens if you want to return the phone? i understand you don't get your old phone back but how much would you get back for returning a 256gb iphone 13 mini? not quite happy w this purchase

It depends on which phone did you trade in? I guess its $200 extra trade in promo which will not be returned back. You can return uour iphone with $45 restocking fees minus $200
