You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Getting the same message here. I did this deal without any issues when it first became active a couple of weeks ago. Now I can't get past the "We encountered a problem" message. I tried in store and the BB reps could not troubleshoot the problem. They did say that the issue is within their system and not TMO.
I will just keep trying both online and instore but not holding out much hope.

It won't work, because phone doesn't lock to T-MOBILE yet since the SIM card not pop in and activate.

The Best Buy iPhones are under a different locking policy, so initially they are unlocked until you put the first SIM card in and activate it. So the iPhone will get locked the carrier which SIM card you put in

So a verizon SIM would typically make it unlocked for all carriers ?

No, a Verizon SIM would lock it to Verizon. You'd then have to work with Verizon to get it unlocked.
