You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Tforce did not answer any messages. All Tforce did was made my unlock process worse.

a rip off, since they went from sprint to T-Mobile we have horrible service, will not give a booster like sprint did. Dropped calls,

I did this upgrade through friends account. Was worried about the unlock process. Since I picked up the phone I didn't insert the TMobile sim that they gave me and just inserted my ATT sim. Since I inserted the ATT sim it auto locked to ATT and I didn't have to unlock it from TMobile.

Tldr: whatever sim is inserted first, gets locked to that network.

Anyone facing problem of not receiving the verification code when you try to place order online at bestbuy ? neither email with verification code is coming through.
Tried in bestbuy store also but same problem. unable to recieve verification code to validate my tmbile account. I have 3 lines with tmobile and same problem on all 3 lines.
Called Tmobile they are saying short codes are enabled and spam filters are disabled but could not help any further.

Anyone who may have luck with similar situation please advise. Bestbuy text messages are enabled on my phone so they are not blocked for sure as i enabled them again by responding HELP to their old messages.
