You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I think it checks the database when BB reps enter tradein IMEI. I forgot to logout apple ID when I did my first tradein and the system flagged when BB reps enter the IMEI and they couldn't move on to the next screen. I'm sure BB has a system in place to check for blacklisted phone. Similar to sickw.com, I paid 30 cents to check if the iphone is blacklisted or not.

Is BB going to transfer your phone content to other or should I back up ahead of time? It's a pain to backup phones now a days.

You have to do it yourself ahead of time before pickup. If you want you can do it in store , but you might end up spending 1-2 hrs extra. But they will let you do that.

I got the "We had to cancel your order" email yesterday, originally Dec 3rd pick up date. However, I ordered online again immediately and got a notification that my order was ready to pick up. Picked it up yesterday and contacted t-force via Twitter to get it unlocked (they said wait 72 hours to confirm + another 48 hours to unlock)

So i placed the order 1 month ago when this came up and i was supposed to received my iPhone 13 Pro Max tomorrow, i received an email this morning saying that my order got cancelled due to Best Buy could not verify my phone.

So i went ahead and placed the order again, received the phone in 1 hour after.

I went to Best Buy store in NYC, it was ready, i waited like 20 min because i needed to transfer my stuff and that's it. they did not charge anything else

total 244.95 for 256gb model

Glad I came across this as I wanted to trade in my 12 pro I got from the Visible deal for $720. But I am getting this error when trying to "continue to payment information"

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try that again.

Anyone else?

EDIT: after a fifth click, it seemed to work. Let's see how this pans out! Got the 13 pro sierra blue 128gb slated for Dec 10.

I used a international sim, att sim, but it wouldn't go through. Bb before giving the phone to you locks it with tmobile by scanning. On connecting to wifi, iphone gets phone lock.
Not sure if you don't connect wifi and try other sim, but it is required to be unlocked by tmobile.

Finally got this deal to work. In October, the trade-in didn't go through as no BB stores in the SF/Oakland area had any Graphite 13 Pro 256Mb in stock, and in the checkout screen the trade-in was cancelled. Today, I was able to place a trade-in order with a December 3rd pickup date. Also, the iPhone 11 trade-in value has dropped $10 to $540.

In summary picked up phone Friday and by Wednesday night I had cancelled TMO and was with Mint.

Paid $392 for a 256Gb iPhone 13. Walked in to BestBuy handed them my phone, got my new phone. Took a seat and migrated my data to the new phone. Reset my old phone and handed it over. Accidentally put my Mint sim in as no one told me there was a sim on the underneath of the box.

Next day I called TMobile and said I needed to set up service and when could I unlock. They weren't sure but said there shouldn't be a problem. Meanwhile TMobile's own website said my phone status was "unknown." Called again and this time I asked for an unlock code. The rep asked why and I told her I wanted to switch to Mint. She said she would process everything. 2 days later simlock was removed. Called TMobile and cancelled with the rep telling me as I cancelled so quickly they would pro-rate my closing bill.

Worst case I'll pay $70 for the plan and be done. I paid no activation fees.
