You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Just got a cancellation notice for both my phones after waiting a month. I don't even understand what the message means

We were unable to activate the device you purchased on our site, so we had to cancel the item(s) included in your mobile package. We will now begin processing a refund for your payment.

If you still want this device, we recommend scheduling an in-store appointment with a mobile specialist who can help recreate your order and successfully activate your device.

Just find a location that has stock and place a new order. I received like 4 cancellation emails.

Just upgraded an iPhone XS Max 512gb and a iPhone 12 to both iPhone Pro Max 13's 256 for a total of $1280. Pretty amazing deal. Normally would have been $2400 for those phones (plus tax).

Yes, you can use the new line as long as it has been open for at least a few days. No, it does not stop the TMo "up to $720" rebate from being texted to you on day 31 post-purchase. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt!

I was experiencing serious call drops on the iPhone 12 and did the BB upgrade and picked up a 13 pro

has anyone been experiencing 5G data issues on the iPhone?
I have full bars (and 5G icon) but no data connection. I have the phone set to LTE data to use data since 5G doesn't work reliably.

This doesn't seem to be an isolated issue [t-mobile.com] / another thread [reddit.com].

Since this thread is all TMo + iPhone users curious to hear thoughts from others about similar issues w/ 5G Data on Tmo

Did they email you saying it was unlocked? I requested an unlock yesterday via T-Mobile app. Rep was clueless and said I need to ask BB. I said no, that's not how it works. Then she said she can't find that IMEI on my line. After some back & forth, she eventually opened an unlock request and said I'd get an email in 48-72 hours once the unlock is complete. She said to avoid issues, continue using the phone on that line for the next 72 hours. Didn't ask me for any proof of purchase.

Not a guess. Depending on who you get in Customer Service, some may push back that phone needs to be on the network for at least 40 days even if fully owned. But, I have submitted the request to T-Force earlier today (FB Messenger) and they will get back to me on Wednesday. I told them that I have upcoming international travel and would like to use a local SIM.

I've experienced this a fair amount on the 12 pro and just upgraded to the 13 pro yesterday so don't have enough data points to decide if it's still an issue. On the 12 pro, i would say at least several times a week I would have full 5G, but pages wouldn't load properly. I had set up the phone initially by restoring through an iTunes backup. I'd have to toggle airplane mode/5g on/off several times a week. On both phones, I use(d) the newest R15 sim as well (fully supports 5g SA (standalone)). With the new 13 pro, I did a phone to phone transfer.
