- Can I just put in my old Visible SIM and keep going as I had been? I had selected to transfer my number when adding the new iPhone to cart. Will that mess anything up?
- If the new T-Mobile SIM is never inserted/activated, does that mean I don't ever have to pay T-Mobile for any service?
2 No. Check your tmobile account. You should see the bill.
How about the data on your iPhone 12? Did you backup?
TIA!

So to be sure, that was your actual allotment and not a random store visit where they had an extra unit?

Also, the iPhone 11 value went down by $10. Rather then dealing with customer service, I just asked the manager for a $10 GC. Lastly, they will not see the trade-in promo, only the discount. Don't fret. As long as you get charged the right amount on your CC, you're g2g.
So to summarize my timeline (SoCal):
Order Date: Nov 1
Est. Pickup Date: Nov 26
Actual Pickup Date: Nov 17
So 16 days for me. I hope you guys/gals get your notifications too!
Existing Tmobile Customer : ordered a iphone 13 (trade in iphone 12) - got it ready in immediatly for pickup.
Q1 . The sales tax is on original cost of iphone 13 ($799) or the discounted cost after trade in ($75)??
Q2. VVIMP - i just upgraded my device on an existing number - the guy did not open the phone or activate it by inserting the new sim , he said i can use it with the old sim. does that means the phone is unlocked and can be used with any sim , since it was not activated in the store?/ if so i would like to keep it unlocked , coz i dont want to punch in tmobile sim and get it locked to the network for 2 months.(40 days)

2. The phone is flex policy. It's unlocked at the moment. It will locked to whichever the carrier that gets the first dip.

2. So you are telling me even though I bought it through T-Mobile offer ,if I put an att sim it gets locked to att,and then I will need to ask them to unlock it after 60 days??shouldn't it stay unlocked as it's not bought through att? Or any network except T-Mobile for that matter.
